Steps to correctly install and maintain planetary gear reduction motors

Proper installation and maintenance of planetary gear reduction motors are key to their normal operation. Therefore, when installing the planetary gear reduction motor, please strictly follow the installation sequence below and install it carefully.
Step 1: Before installation, it should be confirmed that the motor and planetary gear reducer are complete and undamaged, and that the dimensions of each part adjacent to the drive motor and reducer are strictly aligned. This refers to the size and common service between the positioning protrusion and shaft diameter of the drive motor flange and the positioning groove and hole diameter of the reducer flange; Wipe and dispose of dirt and burrs on the common appearance of the punishment.
Step 2: Unscrew the screw plug on the process hole on the side of the reducer flange, rotate the input end of the reducer to align the hexagonal socket screw cap with the process hole, insert the hexagonal socket and loosen the hexagonal socket screw.
Step 3: Hold the drive motor and make the keyway on its shaft perpendicular to the screw holding the input end hole of the reducer. Insert the drive motor shaft into the input end hole of the reducer. When inserting, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of both sides is equal and the flanges on both sides are parallel. It seems that the difference in heart degree or the non bending of the two side flanges must be investigated for the cause. Furthermore, during installation, it is strictly prohibited to use hammering. This can prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearings of both parties, and can also be determined by the tactile sensation of the device to determine whether they are compatible together. The key to achieving common concentricity and flange parallelism between the two is to insert them into each other, so that the flanges are tightly attached and the gaps are equal.
Step 4: To ensure even force distribution between the two flanges, first unscrew the fastening screws of the drive motor at will, but do not tighten them; Then gradually tighten the four fastening screws diagonally; Finally, tighten the locking screw of the input end hole of the planetary gear reduction motor. You must first tighten the fastening screws of the drive motor before tightening the locking screws of the input end hole of the gearbox. Detail: The accurate placement between the reducer and machine equipment deployment is similar to the accurate placement between the planetary gear reducer and the drive motor. The key is to align the concentricity between the output shaft of the planetary reducer and the input shaft of the driven department. With the continuous deepening and growth of the application of control motors, the application of planetary gear reduction motors in the field of active control drive will also increase.
