Correct use of reducer lubricating oil
1 Selection of lubricating oil
The proper lubricating oil type shall be selected correctly according to the reducer's operating environment, different load sizes, different motion characteristics and different friction forms. For example, gear oil with low viscosity and good fluidity shall be selected for gears with high speed movement, lubricating oil with good anti-wear property shall be selected for gears with low speed movement, and low pour point gear oil shall be selected for gears with low temperature operation.
2 Use of lubricating oil
To ensure the normal operation of the reducer, the lubricating oil must be used correctly.
Ensure that the oiler is clean, strictly prevent impurities and other pollutants from immersing in the oil tank, and prevent water leakage, oil leakage and oil mixing.
The amount of lubricating oil shall be appropriate, and the refueling operation shall be carried out step by step in strict accordance with the instructions of the relevant instructions. In addition, the lubricating oil of the reducer shall be replaced regularly.
The lubricating oil shall be operated under stable and appropriate environmental conditions as far as possible. The oil temperature during operation is generally ≤ 80 ℃, so as to minimize the impact of the environment on the lubricating oil.
In addition, the reasonable selection of lubricating oil according to the working conditions of different reducers for different purposes can not only ensure the stable operation of the lubricating system, but also reduce the lubricating cost. For example, the BH-180 gear reducer has a power of 2000 P/kW, an input speed of 990 r/min, and an output speed of 109 r/min. According to the contact stress of the tooth surface, the load type lubricating oil shall be selected for this type of reducer, and the lubricating oil with viscosity grade between ISOVG320 and DIN51519 shall be selected according to the requirements of the manual. Therefore, 320 medium load industrial closed gear oil made in China can be selected. Its viscosity grade is 320 (equivalent to ISOVG320), which can fully meet the requirements of the reducer for lubricating oil. It can ensure that the FZG gear testing machine passes the test with a grade of ≥ 12, and ensure the normal operation of the gear reducer.
3 Early maintenance and fault diagnosis
Strengthen the theoretical study of reducer lubricating oil maintenance and fault diagnosis, master the working principle of reducer, and integrate theory with practice;
Regularly check the lubricating oil of the reducer, find out the cause immediately in case of any abnormality, and make early diagnosis and treatment of the fault;
Clean the parts regularly to ensure the cleanness of working parts, strengthen the maintenance of all parts, reduce the wear caused by pollution, and extend the service life of the reducer.
