What emergency measures should be taken if the oil temperature of ZQ series ZQ650-10.35 soft tooth surface gear reducer is too high
When the oil temperature of ZQ soft tooth surface reducer is too high, the following emergency measures can be taken:Immediate shutdown: If the oil temperature is found to be too high, press the emergency stop button or cut off the power as soon as possible to stop the gearbox from running and avoid further damage to the equipment caused by the continuous rise of oil temperature.
Investigate the cause
Check the load condition: Check whether the load borne by the reducer exceeds the rated value. If so, reduce the load to operate within the rated range.
Check the lubrication system: check the quality and quantity of the lubricating oil. If the oil quality deteriorates, such as emulsification, deterioration, excessive impurities, etc., new lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner; If the oil level is insufficient, it needs to be added to the appropriate level. At the same time, check if the oil circuit is blocked. If it is blocked, clean the oil circuit to ensure that the lubricating oil can circulate normally.
Check the heat dissipation condition: Check if the cooling fan of the gearbox is running normally. If the fan fails, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, clean the dust and debris on the surface of the reducer to ensure good heat dissipation. If necessary, auxiliary heat dissipation equipment such as industrial fans can be added.
Check gears and bearings: Check the wear of gears and bearings. If there are severely worn or damaged components, they should be replaced in a timely manner to reduce heat generation caused by mechanical friction.
Cooling treatment: After shutdown, natural cooling or forced cooling can be used to reduce the oil temperature. Natural cooling refers to the natural heat dissipation of the gearbox when it is in a stopped state; Forced cooling can be achieved by using a fan to blow air towards the gearbox, or by cooling the gearbox casing with cold water (taking care to avoid water entering the interior of the gearbox).
Monitoring oil temperature: After taking the above measures, it is necessary to continuously monitor the oil temperature until it drops to the normal range (usually 40 ℃ -60 ℃) before starting the gearbox again. After restarting, closely observe the changes in oil temperature to ensure that it remains stable within the normal range.
If the above measures still cannot solve the problem of high oil temperature, or if other serious faults are found in the gearbox during the processing, professional maintenance personnel should be contacted in a timely manner for repair.
