What kind of reducer is the PC reducer? How to use it?
When I first came into contact with this type of transmission component, I saw so many models of reducers that I didn't know how to distinguish them, and I was curious about the correlation between the models of these reducers and their names. I didn't understand all these series until I worked for a while. Today I'm going to talk to you about a PC gearbox, which is not widely used. Usually used exclusively.
PC reducer
This is the appearance of a PC gearbox, which is usually relatively small and is usually used in conjunction with NMRV turbo reducers.
There are several models of PC reducers, including PC063, PC071, PC080, and PC090. There are three advantages of this PC gear reducer
1. High transmission ratio: The transmission ratio for the first stage reducer is 1/6-1/87; The transmission ratio during two-stage deceleration is 1/99-1/7569; The transmission ratio is 1/2057-1/658503 during the third level reduction; More level combinations can be used as needed.
Sometimes you don't know what first level deceleration and second level deceleration are. Just look at the picture and you can clearly understand it. By extrapolating from this, a three-stage deceleration structure can be derived. I personally think this diagram is easy to understand.
2. High transmission efficiency: Due to the use of rolling meshing in the meshing part of the machine, the average efficiency can reach over 90%.
3. Small size and light weight: Due to the use of planetary transmission principle, the input and output shafts are on the same axis, and have the unique feature of being directly connected with the electric motor, this machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, and light weight.
