Method of Preventing Deformation of Servo Planetary Reducer
1. If gears need to be drilled to reduce weight, then we should arrange the drilling procedure after heat treatment.
2. In the process of normalizing or quality adjustment of servo planetary reducer, the furnace temperature must be kept uniform, so that the workpiece can be heated and cooled uniformly. It is forbidden to stack them together.
3. Heat treatment of reducer gears adopts high frequency quenching to harden the surface of teeth, so that the deformation of parts is small. The tooth surface obtained after high frequency quenching has high strength, hardness and wear resistance, while the center remains plastic and tough enough.
4. In order to reduce the deformation of servo planetary reducer equipment, low quenching temperature and short heating time should be used for high frequency quenching of tooth surface, uniform heating and slow cooling.
5.Increased oil temperature will aging the rubber seal in the variable speed clutch, causing deformation and cracking, reducing its performance and service life, resulting in poor active clutch slip from plate connection, incomplete clutch separation, increased friction resistance and serious wear of accelerated clutch friction plate.
