The reason why the servo planetary reducer is stuck at low temperature
Every winter, customers' servo reducers often get stuck due to low temperature. So, what is the reason for this? In fact, there are many reasons why the servo planetary reducer will get stuck at low temperatures:
First, the gear oil we use has a low freezing point, and it will harden when the ambient temperature is low, making the reducer unable to operate.
Secondly, the internal parts of the reducer are affected by thermal expansion and contraction in low temperature environments. Different parts have different metal materials and different degrees of cold shrinkage. The fastening parts and contact surfaces of the parts can produce greater friction, making the servo planetary reducer easy to Stuck.
Finally, the metal casing of the reducer may also have an impact on it. In extremely low temperature environments, inferior reducer casings will also cause servo planetary reducer parts to fail to work properly. If forced to rotate, it will cause serious wear and tear of the reducer, and even causing the casing to break.
