How to prevent the problem of high oil temperature in coaxial TY112-22.4-7.5KW gear reducer
To prevent the problem of high oil temperature in the coaxial TY112-22.4-7.5KW gear reducer, measures can be taken from the following aspects:Reasonable selection and installation
Correct selection: Based on the actual working conditions such as load, speed, and working time of the equipment, choose the appropriate TY112 reducer to ensure that it has sufficient load-bearing and heat dissipation capacity, and avoid overloading and heating caused by selecting too small a size.

Installation location: Choose a well ventilated location to install the reducer, leaving enough space around it. Generally, the distance between the reducer and surrounding obstacles should not be less than 100mm to ensure free air circulation and facilitate heat dissipation. Meanwhile, it is advisable to avoid installing the gearbox in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Proper use and maintenance
Control load and speed: Strictly operate according to the rated load and speed of the reducer to avoid long-term overload or overspeed operation. When starting and stopping the equipment, it should be as smooth as possible to avoid frequent impact loads, in order to reduce friction and heat inside the reducer.
Regularly check the oil level and quality: Regularly check the oil level of the gearbox to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range. Generally, the oil level should be checked every 200-300 hours of operation. If the oil level is found to be too low, the same type of lubricating oil should be replenished in a timely manner. At the same time, regularly check the oil quality. If the oil quality deteriorates, impurities or emulsification are found, the lubricating oil should be replaced in a timely manner. It is generally recommended to replace the lubricating oil every 6-12 months.
Clean the heat dissipation surface: Regularly clean the dust, oil stains, and other impurities on the surface of the gearbox housing, usually every 1-2 weeks, to maintain the cleanliness of the heat dissipation surface and improve the heat dissipation effect. Compressed air or a clean damp cloth can be used for cleaning, but care should be taken to avoid moisture entering the interior of the gearbox.
Strengthen monitoring and management
Install temperature monitoring device: Install temperature sensors or thermometers on the gearbox to monitor oil temperature in real time. Generally, the oil temperature alarm value is set to 80 ℃. When the oil temperature exceeds the alarm value, the machine should be stopped for inspection, the cause should be identified, and appropriate measures should be taken.
Develop maintenance plan: Establish a comprehensive gearbox maintenance file, recording the running time, oil temperature, oil quality changes, and maintenance status of the gearbox. Based on the operation and maintenance records of the equipment, develop a reasonable maintenance plan, regularly conduct comprehensive inspections and maintenance of the gearbox, and promptly identify and address potential issues.
Through the above preventive measures, the probability of high oil temperature in TY112 gearbox can be effectively reduced, the service life of the gearbox can be extended, and the normal operation of the equipment can be ensured.
