How to choose a suitable reducer for crusher
Choose the form of the reducer according to the requirements of the overall layout. In the absence of any other special requirements, cylindrical gear reducers are selected, with their input and output shafts parallel to each other and easy to process, high efficiency, and low cost. When it is required to arrange the motor shaft and output shaft at a 90 degree angle, a bevel gear or bevel cylindrical gear reducer can be used. When the transmission ratio is large and compact structure is required, worm gear transmission can be selected, while planetary gear reducer or harmonic gear can be used for rotation.
2. According to the main parameters of the transmission. Select the transmission stage and size of the reducer, determine the stage of the reducer based on the power and input shaft speed transmitted by the reducer, and the total transmission ratio. For example, for a cylindrical gear reducer, a single-stage cylindrical gear reducer can be used with a total transmission ratio of is8-10, a two-stage cylindrical gear reducer can be used with i=8-60, and a three-stage cylindrical gear reducer can be used with i=40-400
3. Consider other requirements to choose the reducer type. Some reducers also have other requirements, such as the reducer of the robot transmission device, which has requirements for motion accuracy, stiffness, backlash, and so on. Gearboxes that operate under high temperature, low temperature, high speed and other conditions also have many special requirements.
