How to determine the quality of planetary reducers?
The quality of planetary reducers can be judged from the following three aspects:
1. Observing the mass of the double rotating arm of the planetary reducer
Double rotating arm refers to the support on both sides of the gear of the planetary carrier. When the output shaft is driven with load, the gear will not deviate in the opposite direction, and there are high-speed bearings at the connection between the planetary carrier and the input shaft, making the gear transmission more stable.
2. Observe the mass of the input shaft of the planetary reducer
The input shaft is divided into an integrated input shaft and a split input shaft. The integrated structure eliminates the error in the connection between the input shaft and the sun gear, resulting in higher accuracy, higher concentricity, greater torque bearing, and smoother transmission.
3. Observing the mass of the planetary reducer ring gear
If a split structure is used, most of the inner gear rings are pulled teeth and embedded into the box. Some manufacturers use gear shaping. What material is used for the gear ring? Has the surface treatment been carried out? These two aspects are closely related to the quality of the gear ring and require special attention.
