How to cool the planetary reducer?
If the planetary reducer is limited during operation, it will have a great impact on the system. The main factor to make good use of the function of the gear reducer is to increase the firepower of the reducer. We generally cool the planetary reducer system to further increase the firepower of the planetary reducer. In general, the cooling methods for lifting planetary reducer include cooling fan, water-cooled coil and some methods to smooth the outside.
1. Cooling mode of planetary reducer cooling fan:
Fan cooling is a relatively simple cooling method, and the operation is also relatively simple. It should be noted that sometimes, fan cooling is not applicable. For example, when cooling the gearbox in the coal mine, if a fan is used, it may work around the working area. Or the pollution of machinery and facilities is relatively large, and radiation heat exchange is applied, with limited heat loss;
2. Cooling method for water-cooled coil of hardened surface planetary reducer;
The water-cooled coil is installed below the gearbox, and the cooling water is adjacent to the side of the pipe, which can be used to improve the thermal conductivity of the planetary reducer. The circular tube is used for heat dissipation at different flow rates and cooling water flow rates. The heat dissipation efficiency and cooling water flow are directly related to the flow. However, the coil length cannot be too long, which is easy to dissipate heat.
During the heating or cooling process of the planetary reducer, the rod looseness, oil loss, seal damage, etc. A large amount of heat will occur, and the power of the planetary reducer will gradually increase, thus making the system work.
