What are the accessories for the reducer?

Reducer accessories: 

1. Peep hole and peep hole cover: Due to the limitation of the distance between the collective inner walls, the size of the peep hole is selected to be 90mm long and 60mm wide. The cover size is selected to be 120mm long and 90mm wide. There are 6 M6×16 fully threaded bolts distributed around the cover plate. To prevent dirt from entering the body and lubricating oil from splashing out, an anti-leakage gasket should be added under the cover. Considering that the amount of oil splash is not large, a paper oil seal ring made of asbestos rubber paper can be used. Considering the casting process of the cover plate, a cast iron cover plate with bosses was selected. 2. Breather: To prevent the air pressure in the body from increasing due to body sealing, causing lubricating oil to leak out from gaps and seals, causing seal failure. Therefore, a ventilation device is installed on the peephole cover boss. Since the reducer works in an indoor environment, a vent plug with a simple structure can be used, and its specification is M22×1.5. 3. Oil drain hole and oil drain plug: In order to discharge the dirty oil in the oil pool and clean the oil pool when changing the oil, an oil drain hole should be opened at the lowest part of the oil pool at the bottom of the machine base. In order to achieve the effect of rapid oil draining, the oil drain plug specification is M20×1.5. Considering that it is located at the bottom of the oil pool and requires good sealing effect, the sealing ring is made of leather sealing oil ring made of industrial leather. 4. Oil level indicator: In order to monitor the oil level in the oil pool at any time to determine whether the gear is in normal lubrication state, an oil level indicator needs to be set. In this reducer, a rod-type oil dipstick is used and placed on the side wall of the machine base. The oil dipstick model is M12. 5. Lifting lugs and hooks: In order to facilitate assembly, disassembly and transportation, lifting lugs are set on the machine cover and hooks are set on the machine base. The lifting lugs are used to open the machine cover, while the lifting hook is used to transport the entire reducer. Considering the diameter of the steel wire used for lifting, the diameters of the lifting lugs and hooks are both 20mm. 6. Locating pin: The reducer body is split type. In order to ensure the processing and assembly accuracy of the bearing seat hole, after the machine cover and the machine base are connected with bolts, before boring, the connecting flange between the machine cover and the machine base is placed. Locating pins should be assembled. The positioning pin is a conical pin, which is placed on the joint surface of the connecting flange on both sides of the machine body in an asymmetrical arrangement. The taper pin model is GB117-86 A6×35. 7. Cover screws: In order to improve the sealing performance, the joint surface of the machine cover and the connection flange of the machine base is often coated with water glass or sealant. Therefore, the connection is tight and difficult to separate. In order to facilitate the removal of the machine cover, a cover lifting bolt is provided on the flange of the machine cover. Take its specification as M10×22. The thread length is 16mm and there is a 6mm long cylinder at the end.
