Installation method of cycloidal pin gear reducer
The bearing on the upper part of the reducer adopts oil immersion or forced lubrication. In order to prevent oil leakage in the extension direction of the lower shaft, the speed reducer adopts a combined seal. In the current selected reducer, forced lubrication is not required, but oil immersion lubrication is used. This requires that there is a make-up oil tank on the upper part of the reducer, and the oil level of the make-up oil tank should be higher than the position of the upper bearing of the reducer to meet the needs of bearing oil immersion lubrication.
It is worth noting the axial force and radial force borne by the output shaft of the reducer. Since the bearing of the output shaft of the reducer is installed in accordance with the conventional installation, the bearing of external force is limited. In case of large external force, the reducer structure shall be redesigned and the bearing shall be selected according to the axial force and radial force provided.
However, the torque of the steel rope driving wheel of the overhead passenger is large. If it is directly connected with the reducer through the coupling, its external force is far greater than the radial force and axial force limited by the standard design and the reducer with reinforced bearings.
However, the cost of reducer with special design will increase greatly. In actual production and use, when the equipment manufacturer connects the drive wheel with the reducer, a sleeve bearing seat is added to bear the radial force of the wire rope drive wheel to eliminate the impact of external force on the reducer.
