Lubrication, temperature rise control and safety precautions for BWD13-43-3KW cycloidal pinwheel reducer
lubricationLubricating oil selection: 40 # or 50 # mechanical oil is generally used for lubrication at room temperature. To improve the performance and prolong the service life of the reducer, it is recommended to use 70 # or 90 # extreme pressure gear oil. When working in high and low temperature conditions, lubricating oil should be reconsidered.
Oil level height: Under normal circumstances, the horizontal cycloidal reducer adopts oil pool lubrication, and the oil level height can be kept in the middle of the sight glass. In harsh working conditions and high ambient temperatures, cyclic lubrication can be used.
Refueling and draining: When refueling, you can rotate the ventilation cap on the upper part of the engine seat to refuel, and when draining, rotate the drain plug on the lower part of the engine seat to drain the dirty oil.
Oil change cycle: After refueling and running for 100 hours, new oil should be replaced (and the internal dirty oil should be washed clean), and then continuous work should be carried out. The oil should be changed every six months (8-hour working system). If the working conditions are harsh, the oil change time can be appropriately shortened.
Temperature rise control
The temperature rise of the reducer=actual product temperature - working environment temperature.
The working environment temperature of the gearbox and continuously variable transmission shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the temperature rise shall be below 40 degrees Celsius.
Safety precautions
During installation and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock and accidental start-up.
During operation, do not touch the rotating parts of the gearbox to avoid danger.
Regularly inspect the installation foundation and connecting components of the gearbox to ensure firmness and reliability, and prevent equipment damage or safety accidents caused by looseness.
If any abnormal vibration, noise, heating or leakage is found in the gearbox, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing to operate.
