For the lubricating oil of the same brand with viscosity, if the non-refined base oil and viscosity agent are selected, although the viscosity standard can be reached after blending, the viscosity-temperature property, shear stability and other properties are poor, and the specified service life can not be reached.
In actual production, the viscosity of lubricating oil for small reducers can be selected according to the above methods. For low-speed and heavy-load reducers, better lubricating oil should be selected, and non-refined base oil or poor adhesive should be avoided as far as possible.
