HNK series arc gear reducer includes HN series 1~4 arc cylindrical gear reducer and HK series 2~4 cone-arc cylindrical gear reducer. Its structure and shape installation size and YNK gear reducer for metallurgical equipment (YB/T050-93) is identical. The corresponding codes of HNK series reducer code and YNK series reducer are shown in the table below.

特点和适用范围

系列减速器齿轮采用——双圆弧圆柱齿轮基本齿廓，齿轮采用优质中碳合金钢，调质，中硬齿面。本系列减速器与相同材料、规格、精度、相同热处理条件的渐开线齿轮减速器相比，具有承载能力高、寿命长等优点；与石蜡齿面减速器相比，具有工艺简单、制造成本低的优势。

减速器的输入轴转速一般不大于，工作环境温度为—系列圆弧齿轮通用减速器广泛用于矿山、轧钢、石油、化工、运输水泥等工业生产设备中。
