This series is a two-stage coaxial hardened spur gear vertical reducer equivalent to HG5-746-78 standard. It can be used in both forward and reverse directions, and is suitable for gear reduction devices of various industries, especially agitation and deceleration devices. The utility model has the characteristics of stable transmission, low noise, high efficiency, strong carrying capacity, compact structure and light weight. The combination range is wide, and it can be equipped with a variety of motors, continuously variable transmissions, frames, couplings and shaft seals to meet the requirements of explosion-proof places and process parameters.
The series of reducers are available in direct-coupled, non-direct-coupled, and dual-axle. The output shaft has two types of construction: Type I is a sandwich type; Type II is a common cylindrical shaft extension, and the motor mounting type is B5 or V1. The two-axis type does not have a motor, the input power should be based on lubrication to improve the transmission efficiency; the sealing device is added to improve the sealing performance to prevent the oil leakage phenomenon, and the improved body height, installation size and parameters are unchanged.

注:
1、当4极电机≥18 .5kW或6极电机≥15kW时,H和H′值按Y系列V1型式电机高度计入,否则按Y系列B5型式电机高度计入。若配用其他系列电机,H和H′值应相应变动。
2、直联式的小齿轮直接装在电机轴上,非直联式的电机通过弹性联轴器与减速器相连,双轴式不带电机。减速器同轴线输入输出,可正、反两方向旋转。改进型(A型)尺寸与表中相应机型号尺寸相同。
3、Ⅰ型轴头配夹壳联轴器,Ⅱ型轴头为普通型,轴端中心配有螺孔M0供压入联轴器用。配用联轴器有GT、DF、SF、TK型。
4、括号内的轴径为可加大输出轴尺寸,需要采用括号内尺寸时应另加说明。
