Anchor frame type MKS, anchor type MDS, box type FKS, square grid type FSS, plate and frame type BKS
This kind of agitator is a slow type agitator, which is suitable for the mixing and heat transfer reaction of medium and high viscosity liquids. μ<105 cP, rotation speed n=1-100 rpm.
When the anchor frame type (MKS) rotates at a low speed, a large shear force can be obtained along the wall surface to prevent settlement and wall adhesion, and the bottom shape fits the elliptical can and the middle bottom bearing.
The anchor band (MDS) is a combination of a ribbon and a frame that combines the function of a ribbon and a frame mixer.
The square (FKS) and square grid (FSS) shapes are easy to make, the performance is the same as the frame type, and the medium viscosity is more suitable.
The plate-and-frame type (BKS) is another simple slow-speed agitator. The holes in the plate frame, the number of shapes and the distribution type, can be changed as needed.
