1. Product Overview
YZPSL series water-cooled high-temperature resistant motor is based on the frequency conversion series motor. According to the on-site working conditions of the metallurgical continuous casting machine, the internal circulating water-cooled variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is designed and developed. Suitable for high temperature environment, variable frequency speed control system. The utility model has the advantages of wide speed regulation range, stable operation, high reliability, high operation efficiency and novel and beautiful appearance design. This series of motors has a unique cooling system to ensure stable operation of the motor in long-term operation under high ambient temperature conditions. It can withstand high temperature, high humidity and anti-corrosion. This series of motors can be continuously operated in the range of 3-100Hz. Constant torque operation in the range of 3-50Hz; constant power operation in the range of 50-100Hz. The products are widely used in various high-temperature, high-humidity, anti-corrosion environments such as metallurgy and chemical industry, and require various speeds and frequent reversals. They can be used with various frequency conversion devices at home and abroad.
2, the conditions of use
The insulation of the stator windings of this series is made of Class H insulation with protection class IP55. The motor can operate normally in an area where the altitude does not exceed 1000m and the ambient air temperature does not exceed 60°C. The water pressure of the cooling water does not exceed 0.6Mpa, and the water quality of the cooling water is ordinary tap water. This series of motors has two water pipe joints for water inlet and outlet, and the specification is 4 points (1/2′′).
3. Installation method
When the B5 is installed, the water pipe joint on the flange end cover should be at the lower position of the inlet pipe, and the pipe joint on the rear end cover should be at the upper position of the outlet pipe. When the vertical (V1) is installed, the water should be fed from the flange end cover. The end cover is out of water, and the overhang (V3) should be installed with water from the rear end cover and water at the flange end.
