* Remove all dirt from the system before using the compressor, such as moisture, metal debris, cleaning agents and chemicals, to avoid burning the compressor.
*Before the system is assembled, all components must be dehydrated and filled with nitrogen, and a copper tube with a smooth annealed freezing grade is used.
* After the system has been rinsed with trichloroethylene, dry air or nitrogen must be used to remove residual trichloroethylene.
2. Better welding method
• When soldering copper fittings, be sure to fill the tube with low-pressure nitrogen and use an appropriate amount of flux to help solder, which will prevent oxidation of the copper inside the copper tube.
• All the heads to be welded must be thoroughly cleaned and grease removed before welding. Phosphorus copper alloy flux is required for the welding of copper tubes and copper tubes. Silver copper flux is required for the welding of copper tubes and steel tubes. Oxyacetylene is a suitable welding tool. .
3. Leakage should pay attention to:
• After the system is completed, be sure to fill the dry air or nitrogen properly to maintain the pressure.
• A better way is to use an electronic leak detector to test for leaks. Of course, you can also check for leaks in the traditional way.
• Do not charge air or R134A into the system.
