Why does the reducer break its shaft?
Why does the reducer break its shaft? Reducer will inevitably encounter some problems during operation and use, and shaft breakage is one of them. What is the cause of shaft breakage in the reduction motor?
Reducer
The wrong selection results in insufficient output of the speed reduction motor. Some people mistakenly believe that as long as the rated output torque of the selected reduction motor meets the working requirements, this is not the case.
First, the rated output torque of the distribution motor is multiplied by the reduction ratio and the value obtained is in principle smaller than the rated output torque of the similar reduction motor provided by the product sample. The overload capacity of the drive motor and the very large working torque required in practice should also be considered. In theory, the user needs a very large working torque, which must be less than twice the rated output torque of the reduction motor.
All of these reasons will lead to shaft breakage of the reduction motor. In order to make the reduction motor meet the needs of use better, it is necessary to do a good job of routine maintenance and maintenance, at the same time, operation specifications and maintenance methods are also important.
