Poor bearing capacity of reducer during operation
The bearing capacity of the reducer is poor during operation. According to the analysis of the working principle of the reducer, the following three factors affect the bearing capacity of the reducer:
1. Impact of reducer itself
The manufacturing accuracy and running speed of gears are internal factors that affect the bearing capacity of the reducer. The ideal movement of the gear pair is that the input and output speeds are constant. Due to the existence of gear processing and assembly errors, the gear produces relative movement during the movement, which leads to the generation of transmission errors and gear vibration, bringing internal additional load to the gear. At this time, the reducer will produce large noise, and the bearing capacity will also decline.
2. Influence of prime mover and working machine
The prime mover and working machine are external factors that affect the bearing capacity of the reducer. Due to the non-uniformity of the load, they will bring external additional load to the reducer. According to the different types of prime movers, the characteristics of the working machine can be divided into four types: uniform and stable, slight impact, medium impact and severe impact. Generators, light elevators, light centrifugal pumps, etc. with stable load are of uniform and stable type; Heavy centrifugal pump and multi cylinder piston pump are of slight impact type; Lifting device and single cylinder piston pump are of medium impact type; Excavators and drilling rigs are of severe impact type. The different types of these prime movers and the different characteristics of the working machine are the primary factors affecting the bearing capacity of the reducer.
3. Influence of connection on reducer
The influence of connection to the reducer is mainly shown in the installation accuracy and connection mode. The installation accuracy mainly refers to the coaxiality of the prime mover when connecting with the reducer. If the coaxiality is high, the additional load they bring to the reducer of the pumping unit will be small, and vice versa.
