Simple and understandable disassembly steps of the reducer
1. When disassembling the protective cover of each part, the disassembly line of motor and brake shall be marked as a reference for reassembly.
2. Remove the pin of the high-speed shaft coupling of the cylindrical gear reducer, unfasten the low-speed shaft tooth coupling, and move the two halves of the coupling to both sides. Before disassembling the high and low speed shaft couplings of the reducer, the relative position must be marked with a flat spade or a sample punch as the basis for reassembling the relative position of the coupling.
3. Remove the motor anchor bolts and lift down the motor. When disassembling the motor anchor bolt, record the thickness and position of the original anchor gasket as the basis for alignment. Loosen the brake anchor bolt, remove the brake adjusting lead screw, disassemble the brake, and remove the brake.
4. Remove the reducer backstop and place it at the designated position to avoid collision.
5. Mark the relative position of the upper and lower joint surfaces of the reducer, remove the fastening bolts of the upper and lower cover joint surfaces of the reducer, replace the damaged bolts, and remove the locating pins. Check whether the bolt is damaged or not, and screw the nut onto the screw for proper storage.
6. Mark each bearing end cover with assembly marks, remove the fastening bolts of the bearing end cover, take down the end cover, measure the thickness and number of asbestos gaskets on the bearing end cover with an outside micrometer, and make original records. The bearing end cap shall be preliminarily checked, and the straight end face shall be free of wear and cracks.
7. Before jacking up the upper cover, check whether there are missing screws and other abnormalities.
