Difference between reducer and reducer motor
Many friends can't tell the difference between the reducer and the motor. In fact, they are very different. The reducer refers to the reducer and the motor, that is, the integration of the motor. This integration can also be called a gear motor or a gear motor.
The speed reducer has high technical requirements and high scientific and technological content, and is usually used in steel, machinery and other industries: the speed reducer is a relatively precise machine, as the name implies, its purpose is to reduce speed and increase torque.
There are also different types of reducers and reduction motors. The reducers are divided into vertical straight junction gear reducers, vertical double shaft gear reducers, horizontal straight junction gear reducers, and horizontal double shaft gear reducers. The reduction motors are divided into three-phase asynchronous motors, horizontal three-phase gear reduction motors, and vertical three-phase gear reduction motors, which can be selected as required.
The characteristics of the reducer motor are simple structure, space saving, reliable and durable, high overload bearing capacity. The reducer motor adopts a new type of sealing device, which has good protection performance and strong adaptability to the environment, and can work continuously in corrosive, humid and other harsh environments. The reducer has low noise, no vibration, long service life, stable operation, short acceleration time and other characteristics, and the equipment can withstand axial/radial thrust under heavy load.
