What are the factors that cause the deceleration oil temperature to be too high?
What are the factors that cause the deceleration oil temperature to be too high?
Factor analysis:
A. The lubricating oil is unqualified or used too long. At present, most of the lubricating oil used in our group's reducers is 320 # extreme pressure gear oil. If the oil involved is expired or inconsistent with this type of lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil has not been replaced for a long time, the reducer oil temperature may be too high;
b. Too much lubricating oil. When the height of the oil level is higher than the upper and lower limits of the dipstick or the visible hole, the deceleration oil temperature is too high;
C. The parts are damaged. The mechanical parts are damaged, including serious pitting corrosion of gears, broken teeth, damage to bearing holders, inner rings and balls, and serious locking of bearings or shaft deformation;
d. The outside of the box is covered by debris or dust. When things are piled up around the reducer or the body surface has not been cleaned up for a long time, it may be that the heat dissipation of the reducer is not complete due to the cover of debris or dust, which will increase the oil temperature;
e. The cooling equipment is blocked or fails. The cooling equipment, like the reducer, is placed in the workshop with heavy dust. If the cooling equipment is blocked or broken due to the long working time without cleaning up the internal pipes, the oil temperature of the reducer will increase;
Cleaning method:
a. Replace the lubricating oil;
b. Remove the remaining oil;
c. Carefully check to find out the damaged position of the parts and repair or replace the parts in time;
d. Remove debris and dust;
e. Replace the cooling equipment or clean the blockage;
