Specification for selection of planetary reducer gears
When the planetary gear reducer is used, the operator needs to consider how to select the gear. In addition to paying attention to the rule that the working tooth surface hardness of the pinion is slightly higher than the working tooth surface hardness of the big gear, the following specifications are also sorted out by the small editor.
1. On the premise of meeting the bending fatigue strength, when the center distance of the planetary reducer is fixed, more teeth should be selected, which can improve the coincidence, make the transmission stable and reduce the noise. On the premise of meeting the transmission requirements, the number of teeth of big and small gears should be mutually prime as far as possible, so as to disperse and eliminate the influence of gear manufacturing error on the transmission, and also to avoid the periodic meshing of some teeth on big and small gears, so as to make the transmission stable and reduce the noise.
2. The operation noise can be reduced by using a small pressure angle. Generally, the standard value of 20 ° is taken into consideration.
When the structure allows, the helical gear shall be given priority, and its vibration and noise are greatly reduced compared with the spur gear. Generally, the helix angle shall be selected between 8 ℃ and 20 ℃.
3. Under the affordability of the user, the accuracy grade of the gear should be improved as much as possible during the design. The noise produced by high precision gear is much smaller than that of low precision gear.
Selecting the right gear can not only reduce the noise of the reducer, but also make the equipment work more efficiently. The selection specifications mentioned above are worth careful study
