Difference between single-stage reducer and two-stage reducer

Now there are various types of reducers on the market. Today, let's talk about the difference between single-stage reducer and two-stage reducer. The single-stage reducer is also called single-stage reducer. It can be divided into single-stage worm gear reducer, single-stage gear reducer and single-stage RV reducer. The installation types are divided into horizontal type and vertical type.

Double stage reducer is also called double section worm gear reducer, which is divided into double stage cast iron worm gear reducer and double stage RV worm gear reducer. Compared with single stage reducer, it has an additional transmission device.  

Single stage reducer is a single mechanism composed of gear or worm gear transmission, which is used to transfer the power of the prime mover to the working machine and make the working machine work at the required speed. The two-stage reducer has an additional intermediate transition gear. The left side of the driving bevel gear is meshed with the bevel gear of the intermediate gear. The bevel gear has a spur gear with a small diameter on the same axis. The spur gear is meshed with the driven gear.

The single-stage reducer is widely used in many fields, including transportation, construction machinery, household appliances, etc. As a power transmission mechanism, the reducer is an important equipment in China's equipment manufacturing industry. The two-stage reducer is mainly used in the construction machinery of low-speed and high torque reducers, mainly because of the increase in the volume of the axle, so it was mainly used for matching vehicles with low engine power in the past.
