Oil can be injected from the oil cup. Do not open the inspection hole cover to avoid oil leakage.
Maintain appropriate oil level: The gearbox of a crane is usually lubricated by immersing the large gear in an oil pool. The depth of gear immersion in oil should not exceed one tooth height, otherwise it will accelerate leakage due to severe oil agitation and rising oil temperature. In addition, mechanical efficiency may be reduced due to increased oil resistance. Therefore, the amount of oil must be appropriate, not adding too little, but never adding too much.
Improve the sealing ring of the shaft head: Install an oil seal ring on the shaft head, mill a circular oil return groove on the dividing surface of the machine base, and install a semi-circular ring on the upper part of the shaft head on the inner wall of the upper cover, etc., to ensure that the oil splashed on the machine cover flows smoothly into the oil pool of the machine base.
Leak sealing: mainly measures are taken at the sealing points of the split surface and shaft head, selecting appropriate sealing materials and components to block the gaps.
Change lubrication material: The reducer adopts thin oil lubrication, which has strong permeability and is prone to oil leakage. If the thin oil lubrication is changed to solid lubricating material lubrication, the lubricating oil inside the machine is less likely to overflow, which can effectively prevent oil leakage.
