When transmission components such as sprocket chains and transmission gears are installed on the shaft, the rolling bearings should be as close as possible to reduce the bending stress of the shaft. When installing the motor on a hardened gear reducer, salt free grease should be modified on the hole wall and keyway at the top of the worm to avoid excessive installation and long-term rusting of the hole shaft. When ordering various hard tooth reducers, if the motor is slightly larger, suitable equipment is required.
Before application, it is necessary to pay attention to the form and structure of the reducer, industrial reference distance specifications, reduction ratio, input shaft docking mode, output shaft structure, input shaft output shaft deflection and flipping direction, etc.
Load the appropriate type of trademark pattern lubricating grease according to the standard requirements in the "Selection and Application of Lubricating Greases" section of the sample. After supplying oil, tighten the top of the ventilator, pull out the small cone on the ventilator, and the hardened surface reducer can start working. Lubricating grease with appropriate trademark identification must be used and an appropriate amount of fuel must be handled. The oil must be replaced immediately according to standards, especially after the first 150 hours of construction, great attention must be paid to replacing with new oil.
The water temperature of the hardened surface reducing agent is higher than 96 ° C. Under this temperature limit, only the water temperature has not increased, so you can use it with confidence.
