What should I do if the bearing part of the reducer is overheated and noisy?
What should I do if the bearing part of the reducer is overheated and noisy?
a. Lack of lubricating oil. When the lubricating oil level is insufficient or cannot reach a reasonable height due to oil leakage of the reducer, the temperature of the reducer bearing may be high or there may be noise;
b. The bearing cover may have some seal resistance. When some bearing covers or seals are worn due to equipment misalignment, irregular bearing covers or long-time use, the reducer bearing may have high temperature or noise;
C. The bearing may be damaged or worn. The main contents of this item are the damage of the bearing holder, the wear or deformation of the inner ring, the wear or falling of the ball, which will make the reducer unable to work normally;
d. The bearing space is too large or too small. When the space between the ball and the inner ring of the reducer bearing, or the space between the bearing inner ring and the shaft, or the space between the bearing and the end cap becomes larger due to long-term use, the above phenomenon may occur;
E. The helical gear key handle is loose. Loose helical gear key handle will cause loose cooperation between gear and shaft, and then cause overheating or noise of bearing;
Prevention and cleaning methods:
a. Check the oil level and add lubricating oil;
b. Tighten some bolts of bearing and connection, and check the condition of sealing element equipment;
C. Check the bearing and replace it immediately if it is damaged;
d. If the space is not suitable, adjust the bearing space, and replace the bearing if it cannot be adjusted;
e. Send the loose helical gear key handle for repair in time;
