Use and maintenance
1. Before using the reducer, the visual hole cover should be removed and the appropriate amount of hyperbolic gear oil or mechanical oil of comparable viscosity should be added. The load can be operated.
2. If abnormal noise is found during work, the impact sound and temperature are extremely high and other abnormal phenomena, stop operation immediately, find out the cause and eliminate it.
3. In the initial 3-5 days of running-in, the machine should be stopped to check whether the parts are loose or the gap is too large. If necessary, it should be adjusted. Adjustment method: one or several layers of paper pad can be removed, or the engagement gap can be adjusted by removing the thickness of the end cap. At the same time, replace the new gear oil to improve the service life of the whole machine.
4. Always check the quality of the lubricating oil and the oil level and oil filling point, and replace it according to the degree of decomposition and oxidation of the oil. It is recommended to replace the period of 2-3 months. At the same time, the dirt inside the casing and its clear internal parts should be cleaned to ensure the reducer. Normal operation.
