The purpose of planetary reducer device
As is well known, a machine usually consists of three basic parts: a power machine, a planetary reducer device, and a working mechanism. In addition, according to the needs of machine operation, there may be tilt control systems and auxiliary systems such as lubrication and lighting. The planetary reducer device refers to an intermediate device that mechanically transfers the mechanical energy generated by the power machine to the working mechanism. The planetary reducer device can respectively play the following roles:
1) Change the output speed of the power machine (deceleration, acceleration, or variable speed) to meet the working needs of the working mechanism;
2) Change the torque output of the power machine to meet the requirements of the working mechanism;
3) Transform the motion form output by the power machine into the required motion form for the working mechanism (such as changing the rotational motion to linear motion, or vice versa).
4) Transfer the mechanical energy of one power machine to several working mechanisms, or transfer the mechanical energy of several power machines to one working mechanism.
5) For other special purposes, such as facilitating the assembly, installation, maintenance, and safety of the machine, a planetary reducer device is used.

Usage 1: All planetary reducers have self-lubricating function. For any given size, it has extremely high radial bearing capacity. It is suitable for high-precision motion control applications requiring high torque volume ratio, high Bending stiffness and low backlash.
Purpose 2: The performance of planetary reducers can be comparable to other grade reducer products. Usage 3: Planetary reducers are suitable for industrial sectors such as petrochemical, lifting and transportation, metallurgy, mining, construction machinery, engineering machinery, light industry and textile, instruments and meters, medical equipment, ships, automobiles, and aerospace.
Usage 4: The planetary reducer is mainly used for the slewing mechanism of Tower crane, and can also be used as a supporting part in the lifting, transportation, excavation, construction and other industries.
Applicable conditions:
The input shaft speed of a general planetary reducer is not higher than 1500 rpm. The working environment temperature of the gearbox needs to be between -40 ℃ -+45 ℃. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 10 meters/second. The reducer can be used for forward and reverse operation.
